Subject to certain exceptions set out below, on receipt of a verifiable request from you, we will:
Delete your personal information from our records; and
Direct any service providers to delete your personal information from their records.
Please note that we may not be able to comply with requests to delete your personal information if it is necessary to:

THRML Tech Inc. does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of thirteen. If you are under the age of thirteen, you must ask your parent or guardian for permission to use this application.
You will be able to connect your THRML Tech Inc. account to third party accounts. BY CONNECTING YOUR THRML TECH INC. ACCOUNT TO YOUR THIRD PARTY ACCOUNT, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOU ARE CONSENTING TO THE CONTINUOUS RELEASE OF INFORMATION ABOUT YOU TO OTHERS (IN ACCORDANCE WITH YOUR PRIVACY SETTINGS ON THOSE THIRD PARTY SITES). IF YOU DO NOT WANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOU, INCLUDING PERSONALLY IDENTIFYING INFORMATION, TO BE SHARED IN THIS MANNER, DO NOT USE THIS FEATURE. You may disconnect your account from a third party account at any time. User can disconnect their accounts by visiting the "profile" page. User may also contact support via email for assistance.
THRML Tech Inc. may contact you via email for the purpose of providing announcements, promotional offers, alerts, confirmations, surveys, and/or other general communication.
If you would like to stop receiving marketing or promotional communications via email from THRML Tech Inc., you may opt out of such communications by Customers may unsubscribe from emails by "replying STOP" or clicking on the "UNSUBSCRIBE" button
We may store your data on servers provided by third party hosting vendors with whom we have contracted.
THRML Tech Inc. reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat personal information by sending a notice to the primary email address specified in your account, by placing a prominent notice on our application, and/or by updating any privacy information. Your continued use of the application and/or Services available after such modifications will constitute your: (a) acknowledgment of the modified Privacy Policy; and (b) agreement to abide and be bound by that Policy.
Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using THRML Technologies' receipt management services ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

THRML Technologies provides a digital receipt management solution for small businesses, allowing users to store, organize, and manage their business receipts.
User Accounts
You must create an account to use the Service
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
User Data and Third-Party Services
You retain all rights to your data
You grant THRML Technologies a license to host, store, and display your data for the purpose of providing the Service
We use trusted third-party services (including Microsoft Azure and Plaid) for data storage and processing
By using our Service, you acknowledge and agree that your data will be transmitted to and stored by these third-party services in accordance with their respective privacy policies and terms of service
We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data (see Privacy Policy for more detail)
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Upload false or fraudulent receipts
Use the Service for any illegal purposes
Share your account credentials with others
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
Upload malicious code or attempt to harm the Service
Payment Terms
Service fees will be billed according to the plan you select
All fees are non-refundable unless required by law
We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice
Termination
You may terminate your account at any time
We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these Terms
Upon termination, you can export your data within 30 days
Limitation of Liability
THRML Technologies is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service.
